Vigence are currently recruiting for the following positions:
Vigence has recently launched a new hosted CRM service. The next stage is to run and monitor the hosted solution, and to provide customised solutions.
Salary - £16,000
The role has two parts; first to provide technical support to existing customers, and secondly to deliver customised solutions to customers.
The role includes providing customers with advice on using Microsoft CRM and in resolving issues the customer has with the software. You will be required to determine if the issue is a fault or a change and liaise with the customer on scheduling additional work. To be able to perform these tasks it will be essential that you develop detailed knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. You will log all such information in Vigence's own CRM system.
For new customers (and also existing customers requiring further functionality) Vigence documents the requirements and design of the solution. You will be expected to configure Microsoft CRM for the customer following the design documentation. This will involve creating attributes on CRM using the customisation tools and "painting" the forms the customer will use.
Where the customisation tools do not deliver the functionality required you will develop solutions using the Dynamics CRM SDK.
You will also be tasked with providing customisations for Vigence internal use.
You will be expected to take part in regular customer reviews and therefore some travel will be required, however, the majority of time will be spent in our office.
You will be expected to follow Vigence ISO27001 and ISO9001 processes.
You will report to the Operations Director.
You will require experience of the following:

Salary - £20,000 OTE
The role has two main parts; first to proactively persuade new customers to sign up to the 30 day trial hosted service, and secondly manage customers through the trial process and convert. This will primarily be performed over the telephone backed with email.
The role includes identifying the customer's needs and providing customers with advice on using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will also be required to determine if an issue is a fault or a change and liaise with the customer on scheduling additional work. To be able to perform these tasks it will be essential that you develop detailed knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. You will log all such information in Vigence's own CRM system.
You will be expected to take part in regular customer reviews and therefore some travel will be required, however, the majority of time will be spent in our office.

You will require experience of the following:
Education Level: Secondary School or Higher
Relevant Work Experience: 1 year
Execution of Marketing Campaign Telephone Based Sales: 1 year
Business to Business Sales: Preferred
